Hey all you civil rights mongers, just this morning a post was made on the New York times about 153 Chinese coal miners trapped by a flood. Oh snap! http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/30/world/asia/30china.html?ref=world If the miners don't survive, this will be the deadliest mining accident in China since 2007. I think it's time the UN step in and set down some regulations for the mining industry in China, for thousands of workers die every year in Chinese mining accident involving poor planning and lack of tools. What do you guys think?

I think that mining overall is a really dangerous thing to do, this is all coupled with the fact that China never seems to care for their workers. Why should they if they have such a large working class?
